I am a BACP Qualified Counsellor and NMC registered nurse with over 25 years experience working in both the NHS and Private Practice.  My Qualification was gained at the University of Wales College of Medicine and I worked as a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Neuroscience.   This means that I am aware of the physical, chemical and psychological aspects of how our brains work and how the body and brain work together to promote both physical and mental well being.

I offer daytime to early evening appointments in Caerphilly, which is easily accessible by car from Cardiff, Pontypridd and Newport.  I offer Face-to-face appointments  at  purposely adapted independent consulting room at my home in Rudry (CF83 3DF) and Online sessions via video-calling networks.  I work with individuals, couples for relationship therapy and families for relational family therapy if required.

I accept self referrals, referrals from GP's, occupational health teams and directly from Employers who are willing to fund sessions. I also provide self-development coaching sessions and supervision for qualified and student therapists. Find out more by clicking on the buttons above.
